Daily Set-Up
1. Place teflons on all top platens
2. Press Main switch in ON position, the Display shows ‘OFF’
3. Press and hold ON/OFF key for 3 seconds to heat up grill ( AM/PM or previously selected will display)
4. The top platens will come straight down
5. The display shows ‘Preheating McDonald’s Grill’
6. When the grill has reached the proper temperature, the screen will display ‘Platen Calibrate’
7. Cycle is complete when the Upper platens rise
8. Press AM select for Breakfast or PM and Man/Auto for Main Menu
Selecting a Product (Manual mode only)
(When cooking in Auto mode, the grill detects the product and alters cooking times)
1. Press the AM/ PM the Display shows ‘AM’
2. Press it again ‘PM’ will displayed (Breakfast menu = AM’, Main menu = ‘PM’)
3. Press Right/Left arrows to scroll through the product menu selections
4. Continue until the desired product is displayed
