Breakfast Changeover
1. Press AM/PM to put the grill into PM mode. Press Auto/Man to put the grill into Automatic mode
2. Allow top platens to heat for 15 minutes to get to correct temperature. The display shows
‘PM Too Cool’
3. The grill is ready when ‘PM Automatic’ is displayed
Changing cook times
1. Press the Manual/Auto Key to put the grill into the manual mode
2. Press the Right or Left Arrows to select the product to change
3. Press the Clock Key once
4. Use the Up/Down arrows to change cook time as required
5. Press the Manual/Auto Key to come back to the Auto mode
Clean mode
1. Press the Auto/Man button to put the grill into Manual Mode
2. Press the Right Arrow until ‘Clean’ is displayed
3. Wait for the grill to cool. Alarm will sound and ‘READY TO CLEAN’ is displayed
4. Press the Green Button to silence the alarm and raise or lower the top platen
5. Follow daily cleaning procedures
