Pull the vent protection Eracket
out until it stops, and let it rest on
the Àoor. The Eracket prevents
the unit from moving too close
to the wall and crushing the
rear vent. Prolong Ey adding a
DASHED FLEXIBLE duct.
Tilt the dryer sideways
and remove the foam
shipping pads Ey
pulling at the sides
and Ereaking them
away from the dryer
legs. Be sure to
remove all of the
foam pieces around
the legs.

Dryer must Ee electrically grounded in accordance
with local codes and ordinances. Installation must Ee
in accordance with the current CSA C22.1 Canadian
Electrical code part 1. Improper connection of the
eTuipment-grounding conductor can result in an electric
shock. Check with a Tuali¿ed electrician or service
representative or personnel if you are in douEt as to
whether the appliance is properly grounded.
Do not modify the plug provided with the appliance if it
will not ¿t the outlet, have a proper outlet installed Ey a
Tuali¿ed electrician.
This dryer must Ee connected to an individual Eranch
circuit, protected Ey the reTuired time-delay fuses or
circuit Ereakers. The power supply must Ee of 12/24
volts, 6 H] circuit with the wall receptacle as shown

The power supply must Ee protected with 3 Amp fuses or
Ereakers. It must Ee well grounded and conform to local
codes.
This appliance must Ee grounded. In the event of malfunction
or Ereakdown, grounding will reduce the risk of electrical
shock Ey providing a path of least resistance for electrical
current. This appliance is eTuipped with a cord having an
eTuipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug.
The plug must Ee plugged into an appropriate outlet that is
properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local
codes and ordinances.
