    • B
      brandonrodriguezSep 16, 2025
If the storage drawer on your GE Ranges won’t close, the power cord may be obstructing the drawer in the lower back of the range, so reposition the drawer and power cord. See the Storage Drawer Removal Instructions in the Care and cleaning of the range section. Also, the rear drawer support may be on top of the guide rail, so reposition the drawer. See the Storage Drawer Removal instructions in the Care and cleaning of the range section. Finally, the soft close mechanism may be uncoupled from the drawer, so reset the mechanism. See Soft Close Drawer section.

    • M
      Matthew WatkinsSep 18, 2025
If food isn't broiling properly in your GE Ranges, ensure you've selected the correct broil mode and are using the proper rack position. Why does my new GE Ranges oven cook differently than my old one?
    • A
      Amy LozanoSep 18, 2025
Your new GE Ranges oven has a different cooking system than your old oven, which may cause it to cook differently. Carefully monitor recipe times and temperatures for the first few uses. If you believe the oven is too hot or cold, you can adjust the temperature yourself to match your cooking preferences. See the Special Features section. Note that this adjustment affects Bake and Convection Bake temperatures, but not Convection Roast, Broil, or Clean.
