Disconnect J101, J102, and J103 from
the MPB. Is 120 VAC present from the
MPB connectors J101 to J103?
Is 120 VAC present from the MPB
connectors J102 to J103?
Is 120 VAC present on the EMI
filter board connector from
OUT1 to the MPB J103?
Check the mag TCO, (FAD left and FAD
right TCOs, Slide-In models only), or repair
faulty wiring from the EMI filter board OUT1
connector to the MPB connector J101.
Is 120 VAC present on the
EMI filter board connector
from IN1 to the MPB J103?
Replace the EMI
filter board.
Is 120 VAC present on the
EMI filter board connector
from IN1 to OUT2 ?
Repair faulty wiring from
the EMI filter board OUT2
connector to the MPB
connector J103.
Is 120 VAC present on the EMI filter
board connector from IN1 to IN2 ?
Replace the EMI
filter board.
Replace one-shot TCO or
repair faulty wiring from
the house connection to
the EMI filter board
contacts IN1 or IN2.
Connect J101, J102, and J103 to the MPB.
Are the following DC voltages present?
+12VDC from MPB J3, pin 1 to pin 2
+5VDC from MPB J3, pin 3 to pin 2
-14VDC from MPB J3, pin 5 to pin 2
Is 120 VAC present on the
EMI filter board connector
from OUT3 to the MPB J103?
Repair faulty wiring
from the EMI filter
board contacts OUT3 to
the MPB J102.
Is 120 VAC present on the
EMI filter board connector
from IN3 to the MPB J103?
Replace the
EMI filter board.
Replace the one-shot TCO or
repair faulty wiring from the house
connection to the EMI filter board
contacts IN1 or IN2.
Replace
the MPB.
Are the following DC voltages present?
+12VDC from MLB J5, pin 1 to pin 2
+5VDC from MLB J5, pin 3 to pin 2
-14VDC from MLB J5, pin 5 to pin 2
Repair faulty wiring from
the MPB to the MLB.
Touch the glass touch signal board.
Does the boardlight come on and beep?
Replace the 34 pin cable.
Does the glass touch
signal board work?
