Power Assistant and Scan on Battery Guide

The battery protects system data for a limited amount of time
in the event of inadvertent AC power loss.
Options:
Power Assistant- system power is maintained by the battery
when AC power is lost or the power cord is unplugged.
Reduces the start up time for portable exams. The system will
run up to 20 minutes after AC power is disconnected.
Scan on Battery (Option on LOGIQ E10s only)- allows the
user to scan using battery power (AC unplugged). With a fresh
battery that is fully charged, the LOGIQ E10s stays powered
for approximately 50 minutes.

in the Basic User Manual.
