Why don't the clock and timer work on my GE PB935 Ranges?
    • G
      Gavin SmithAug 30, 2025
If the clock and timer on your GE Ranges do not work, a fuse in your home may be blown or the circuit breaker tripped. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. Also, ensure the plug on the range is completely inserted in the electrical outlet and that oven controls are properly set. See the Oven controls section.

If your GE Ranges oven does not self-clean, it could be because the temperature is too high to set a self-clean operation. Allow the oven to cool and reset the controls. Also, oven controls may be improperly set. See the Cleaning the Oven section.

Why does food not broil properly in my GE PB935?
    • R
      Richard HernandezSep 1, 2025
If food does not broil properly in your GE Ranges, ensure that the oven controls are set correctly by selecting the appropriate broil mode. Also, use the proper rack position as suggested in the Cooking Guide. Make sure food is not being cooked in a hot pan and that cookware is suited for broiling. If using aluminum foil on the broiling pan, ensure it has been fitted properly and slit as recommended. In some areas, the power (voltage) may be low, preheat the broil element for 10 minutes.
