Why does my GE PB935 display go blank?
    • G
      graytammySep 4, 2025
A blank display on your GE Ranges can be due to a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker in your home. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. It could also be that the clock is turned off, or the oven is in Sabbath Mode. Please, see the Special features section and verify that the oven is not in Sabbath Mode.

      garciabrettSep 4, 2025
If you've experienced a power outage or surge with your GE Ranges, the clock will flash. Reset the clock. If the oven was in use, you must reset it by pressing the Cancel/Off pad, setting the clock, and resetting any cooking function.

Why does my GE PB935 Ranges oven take longer to preheat sometimes?
    • B
      Bradley Contreras Jr.Sep 5, 2025
Your GE Ranges oven may take longer to preheat if there is cookware or food in the oven. Remove these items to reduce preheat time. Also, the number of racks in the oven can affect preheating time, so remove some racks if necessary. Different cooking modes use different preheat methods, with some modes taking longer than others (e.g., convection bake).

What does “F— and a number or letter” flashing in the display of my GE PB935 mean?
    • V
      Victor HurstSep 6, 2025
If you see “F— and a number or letter” flashing in the display of your GE Ranges, it indicates a function error code. Press the Cancel/Off pad, allow the oven to cool for one hour, and then put the oven back into operation. If the function code repeats, disconnect all power to the oven for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect power. If the function error code continues, call for service.

    • V
      Victor HancockSep 7, 2025

Why won’t the storage drawer close on my GE Ranges?
    • J
      Jeffrey RichardsSep 7, 2025
If the storage drawer on your GE Ranges won’t close, the power cord may be obstructing the drawer in the lower back of the range. Reposition the drawer and power cord. See the Storage Drawer Removal Instructions in the Care and cleaning of the range section. Also, the rear drawer support may be on top of the guide rail. Reposition the drawer. See the Storage Drawer Removal instructions in the Care and cleaning of the range section. Finally, the soft close mechanism may be uncoupled from the drawer. Reset the mechanism, see Soft Close Drawer section.
