Geberit Control app
The Geberit Control app is available for commissioning, making settings and malfunction diagnosis. The app
communicates with the device via a Bluetooth® interface.
The Geberit Control app is available free of charge for Android and iOS smartphones in the respective app
stores.

Rectifying malfunctions
Malfunctions during operation are indicated by the control unit displays. The malfunction diagnosis is carried
out with the Geberit Control app. The faults are also displayed in the app (highlighted in red or orange).
Malfunction Cause Remedy
No flush actuation, status

▶ Check the mains voltage.
▶ Check the power supply unit.

▶ Check flushing programmes with Geberit Control
app.
▶ Test solenoid valve with the <Test> button.
▶ Replace the control unit.

Control app.
▶ Rectify malfunction according to instructions in the
Geberit Control app.
