Problem Cause Solution
Pump has the following
problems:
Failure to produce adequate
pressure, erratic pressure,
chattering, loss of pressure
or low water volume.
1. Adjustable nozzle in low
pressure.
2. Water inlet is blocked.
3. Inadequate water supply.
4. Garden hose is kinked or
leaking.
5. Clogged water inlet screen.
6. Water supply is over 140°F.
7. Outlet hose is blocked or leaks.
8. Gun leaks.
9. Nozzle is obstructed.
10. Pump is faulty.
1. Pull nozzle back to high pressure
position.
2. Clear inlet.
3. Make sure you have at least a 2.5
GPM flow for your garden hose.
4. Straighten garden hose or patch
leak.
5. Check and clean water inlet
screen.
6. Provide cooler water supply.
7. Clear blocks in outlet hose.
Replace immediately if leaking.

clogged.
3. Adjustable nozzle is in high
pressure mode.
1. Insert chemical line into
detergent.
2. Clean or replace filter/chemical
injector hose.
3. Put adjustable nozzle into low
pressure mode.
