      If the GeneReach Measuring Instruments door won't close and you see a 'Remove Cartridges' message, first, ensure all cartridges are removed. Then, press the “End” button to close the door and return to the Home screen. If the issue persists, clean the tray sensor using a dry cotton swab. For other failures, long-press the Wake up/Sleep button for 5 seconds to close the door.
