Insert the respective sample-loaded Extraction
Cartridge.
Note:
1. Make sure to remove any residual film from
the Extraction Cartridge surface.
2. Please refer to user manual of respective
POCKIT™ Central reagent for sample
loading instruction.
3. Make sure the indicator light of the slot is off
after loading the cartridge.
Enter the Reagent Lot Number (stated on the
product label). Press OK when completed.
Insert the loaded Transfer Cartridge.
Note:
1. Make sure to cut excessive film and plastics
outside the rim of Premix.
2. Make sure the indicator light of the slot is
off after loading the cartridge.
Once the Reagent Lot No. is entered, the system
will automatically bring in the channel and target
information.
Note: Please refer to respective user manual of
the POCKIT™ Central reagent to confirm
channel information.
Press Next or Slot B > to proceed to next slot if you
have more than one sample.
Or press Confirm to proceed to Run Overview.
