2.4 Circuit and Component Placement
2.4.1 Decoupling Capacitors
Please place the 0.1uF decoupling capacitor as close the UBS 3.0 Hub power pins as possible.
An example of decoupling capacitor positioning on top layer:

2.4.2 RTERM Resistor
RTERM reference resistor use 680 ohm ±1% and place as close to the IC as possible.
Please keep the power trace as short as possible
