60EZiSYSTEM, How to Use the Sonde
Changing to 8 kHz mode:
1. Unscrew and remove end cap.
Insert battery, positive end first.
Refit end cap securely.
2. Hold Sonde upright.
Confirm green light is continuous.
3. Rotate Sonde so the LED points down and wait approxi-
mately 1 second.
4. Rotate Sonde upright.
Confirm the amber coloured LED is continuous.
If LED remains green repeat from step 1.
5. Wait approximately 10 seconds for the amber LED to start
flashing.
6. With the amber LED flashing, the Sonde is ready for use at
8kHz.
