Replace Of Master Card and Adjustment
*Replacing a new Master Card
1. Switch “Off” main power
2. Replace the New Master Card with the Old Master Card
3. Adjust the New master Card, with the same setting as the Old Master Card.
Note: If the technician cannot notice the setting, adjust the all switches to
“6 o’clock position”
Master Card Adjustment
1. Turn on the main power
2. Master Card power lamp L4, L5, L6 3 lamps must be all green
3. Manual film feed speed adjustment:
Turntable stopped, adjust VR5 to 20HZ-30HZ, when adjusting for manual film
feed.
4. Pre-Stretch Motor Max speed adjustment:
Turntable starts, on the control panel, switch the Turntable Speed Knob to Max
(12RPM).
Pull the first dancing bar; adjust VR4, output frequency of inverter would be
70HZ
