Pre-installation
5 Pre-installation
The up-to-date drive drawing is applicable for the pre-installation work to be carried out. All components must
be identied and installed in accordance with the drive drawing.
5.1 Prepare proles

For length and preparation of drive proles, see drive drawing.
5.2 Preparing runner

Push sliding blocks (1) and earth connectors (2) into the mounting groove in accordance with the drive dia-
gram.
5.3 Mounting the drive components
à Refer to the drive drawing for positioning the components.
à Take the tightening torques of the attachment screws into account (see drive drawing).
5.3.1 Install the return pulley
5.3.2 Install the drive motor
5.3.3 Install rechargeable battery
5.3.4 Install control unit
5.3.5 Mount the toothed belt

Pre-tension toothed belt slightly.
5.3.6 Install transformer
When tightening the threaded rods of the earthing connection, the anodised layer of the module mount must be
pierced.
