CPU-Power Management Control
Boot performance mode
Selects the performance state that the BIOS will set starting from
reset vector.
Options available: Max Battery, Max Non-Turbo Performance, Turbo
Performance. Default setting is Max Non-Turbo Performance.
Race To Halt (RTH)
Enable/Disable Race to Halt feature. RTH will dynamically increase
CPU frequency in order to enter pkg C-state faster to reduce overall
power. (RTH is controlled through MSR 1FC bit 20)
Options available: Enabled/Disabled. Default setting is Enabled.
HDC Control
Enable/Disable HDC conguration.
Options available: Enabled/Disabled. Default setting is Enabled.
