10.1. Troubleshooting operation problems

DRIED LINEN MOISTURE
LEVEL TOO HIGH
Excessive residual moisture in the
fabrics being dried
Adjust the spin process.
Insufficient drying time
Alter the program to increase the
drying time.
Temperature too low
Alter the program to increase the
temperature.
INCORRECT DRUM
SPEED
Inverter breakdown
Call the Authorised Technical
Services.
Fault in the drum rotation detector
Call the Authorised Technical
Services.
FLAME TOO ORANGE
(GAS VERSION)
Faulty air intake filter
Clean the filter.
Poor air/gas mixture
Check, and if necessary correct,
the position of the venturi.
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorised Technical Services.
THE BURNER CAN NOT
BE IGNITED (GAS
VERSION)
Manual gas flow valve closed
Open the manual gas flow valve.
Insufficient supply of gas
Ask a Registered Installation
Contractors to check the gas supply
pressure and flow rate.
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorised Technical Services.
Gas ignition system defective or
ignition electrodes misplaced
Call the Authorised Technical
Services.
POOR FLAME SPREAD
(GAS VERSION)
Insufficient supply of gas
