SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read all instructions before using this product and keep
the User Guide in a safe place for reference.

The glo™ tobacco heater and all the accessories included in the
starter kit are intended for adult use only. Keep your glo™
tobacco heater and its accessories out of the reach of children.

This product must not be used by adults with reduced physical,
sensory, mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are under supervision or have been
given instructions concerning the use of the product by a
person responsible for their safety.

Children should not play with the glo™ tobacco heater or any
of the accessories included in the starter kit or undertake
cleaning and user maintenance.

This symbol displayed on the glo™ tobacco heater and
packaging indicates that this product must not be
disposed of with regular household waste in accordance
with the WEEE Directive. Instead, it should be disposed of by
returning to a designated collection point for the recycling of
waste electrical equipment. Contact your local authority to find
the nearest collection point.

This product contains a non-replaceable rechargeable
lithium-ion battery. Suitable precautions
should be made when
disposing of the product in accordance with the above
guidance in safety point 5. Do not dispose of the battery or any
component of your glo™ tobacco heater in a fire. Do not
attempt to replace the glo™ tobacco heater battery as you may
damage the glo™ tobacco
heater, which could cause
overheating, fire, explosion and injury.

The glo™ tobacco heater should be charged for 1-2 hours.
If it does not fully charge within 3 hours discontinue use and
contact the customer helpline. See Battery
Status in the
‘Instructions for Use’ section for further information.

Do not use if the product or USB cable show signs of damage.
a. A damaged or malfunctioning glo™ tobacco heater may
contain a damaged or defective lithium-ion battery and
should be disposed of in accordance with warning 5 above.
A damaged or malfunctioning glo™ tobacco heater should
not be brought on an airplane.
b. A damaged or malfunctioning glo™ tobacco heater must be
shipped in accordance with applicable regulations, must not
be shipped by air and include labelling on the outer package
that states: “Damaged or Defective Lithium-Ion Batteries”.

This product should only be connected to a safety
extra-low voltage (SELV) circuit rated at 5VDC, 2A.
Use only the glo™ USB AC adaptor and USB cable that is
provided. Do not use any other USB cables or AC adaptor
to recharge the glo™ tobacco heater.

In the event that you lose or misplace the provided glo™
USB AC adaptor or USB cable, you should purchase a new
glo™ USB AC adaptor and USB cable accessory pack.

Adhere to all safety information as detailed in the User Guide
of the AC/DC adaptor that you are using.

Do not leave the glo™ tobacco heater unattended whilst charging.

Do not leave the glo™ tobacco heater or any of its accessories
exposed to a heat source or in a high temperature location
such as direct sunlight on a car dashboard. Do not use your
glo™ tobacco heater if hot to the touch.

Do not charge near flammable materials or environments such
as bedding or petrol stations.

Keep all accessories supplied with the glo™ tobacco heater
away from children as they may pose a choking hazard.

Do not drop, crush, pierce, incinerate, or immerse the glo™
tobacco heater or the USB cable in water or any other liquid,
or expose the glo™ tobacco heater to explosive fumes.

Do not insert any foreign objects, any cigarettes, or any tobacco
sticks other than NEO™ Sticks into the glo™ tobacco heater.

Only clean the product as advised in the User Guide, using
the cleaning brush provided.

Do not disassemble or tamper with your glo™ tobacco heater
or USB Cable. Any inappropriate, incorrect, or irresponsible
use will void any warranty and could result in serious injury.
Operating temperatures
Discharge: -20°C to 45°C
Full Charge: 10°C to 45°C
Limited Charge: 0°C to 10°C (1/2 full charge rate)
Always keep the device between 15°C and 25°C for optimum
performance. Extreme temperatures can reduce the capacity and
lifetime of the device’s battery. Cold conditions might temporarily
shorten battery life and could cause the device to turn off.
Battery life will return to normal in higher ambient temperatures.
Avoid exposing your device to ambient temperatures higher than
50°C (122°F), which may permanently damage the device or battery.
