2.3 Totheextentpermittedbylaw,oursoleliabilityforbreachofacondition,warrantyorother
obligationimpliedbylawislimited
  (a)inthecaseofgoodswesupply,toanyoneofthefollowingaswedecide-
   (i) thereplacementofthegoodsorthesupplyofequivalentgoods;
   (ii) therepairofthegoods;
   (iii)thecostofrepairingthegoodsorofacquiringequivalentgoods;
  (b)inthecaseofserviceswesupply,toanyoneofthefollowingaswedecide–
   (i) thesupplyingoftheservicesagain;
   (ii) thecostofhavingtheservicessuppliedagain.
2.4 Forrepairsoutsidethewarrantyperiod,wewarrantourrepairstobefreefromdefectsinmaterials
andworkmanshipforthreemonthsfromthedateoftheoriginalrepair.Weagreetore-repairor
replace(atouroption)anymaterialsorworkmanshipwhichwearesatisedaredefective.
2.5 Wewarrantthatwewillperformserviceswithreasonablecareandskillandagreetoinvestigate
anycomplaintregardingourservicesmadeingoodfaith.Ifwearesatisedthatthecomplaintis
justied,andasoursoleliabilitytoyouunderthiswarranty(totheextentpermittedatlaw),we
agreetosupplythoseservicesagainatnoextrachargetoyou.
2.6 Tomakeawarrantyclaimyoumustbeforetheendoftheapplicablewarrantyperiod(seewarranty
table),atyourowncost,returnthegoodsyouallegearedefective,providewrittendetailsofthe
defect,andgiveusanoriginalorcopyofthesalesinvoiceorsomeotherevidenceshowingdetails
ofthetransaction.

2.8 Ifwedeterminethatyourgoodsaredefective,wewillpayforthecostofreturningtherepairedor
replacedgoodstoyou,andreimburseyouforyourreasonableexpensesofsendingyourwarranty
claimtous.
3. What this warranty does not cover
3.1 Thiswarrantywillnotapplyinrelationto:
  (a)goodsmodiedoralteredinanyway;
  (b)defectsanddamagecausedbyusewithnonStandardCommunicationsproducts;
  (c) repairsperformedotherthanbyourauthorisedrepresentative;
  (d)defectsordamageresultingfrommisuse,accident,impactorneglect;
  (e)goodsimproperlyinstalledorusedinamannercontrarytotherelevantinstructionmanual;or
  (f) goodswheretheserialnumberhasbeenremovedormadeillegal.
4. Warranty period
4.1 WeprovidethefollowingwarrantyonGMEandKingrayproducts.Norepairorreplacementduring
thewarrantyperiodwillreneworextendthewarrantyperiodpasttheperiodfromoriginaldate
ofpurchase.
