Single-Leg Balance
STEP ONE - Step one foot onto the
center of the Wobble Board.
STEP TWO - Lift your free leg off of the
ground and try to balance on your one
foot. Begin with your lifted foot close to the
surface of the board.
With training, lift the free knee higher.
