and
in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree No. 481/2012 Coll., which is
in accordance with the Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

Ltd., P.R.China.
We declare that the product complies with the basic requirements of the above-mentioned
GD, i.e. the user safety and health protection, electromagnetic compatibility and effective
utilisation of the spectrum and content of certain harmful substances.
