To avoid injury, be certain that the area in front of,
and behind, the machine is clear before moving
the machine. Move the machine slowly when
loading or unloading. Keep the machine elevation
as low as possible and use caution when traveling
down embankments to avoid tip over.
Press the forward “ ” or reverse “ ” track direction
switch for the desired direction of machine travel.
Press the track two speed switch to select the “ ”
position for better control when loading or unloading
the machine. Slowly rotate the travel variable control
dial clockwise to begin machine movement. View the
Run Menu for the adjusted travel speed percentage.
The machine travel may be stopped and started using
the following methods.
1. The neutral switch may be pressed to stop
machine travel. Press the forward or reverse
switch to resume machine travel. The machine
resumes travel at the previously selected variable
speed dial setting.
2. The button in the center of the travel variable
speed dial may be pressed to stop machine travel.
Resume travel by rotating the travel variable
speed dial to the desired travel speed percentage.
3. The travel variable speed dial may be rotated
counterclockwise to “0” speed percentage.
Resume travel by rotating the travel variable
speed dial to the desired travel speed percentage.
4. Press the Run/Standby switch to stop machine
travel. Press the Run/standby switch to resume
machine travel. The machine resumes travel at
the previously selected variable speed dial setting.
Note: The trimmer, auger/conveyor and vibrator
circuits will stop operation when the Run/Standby
switch is placed in “Standby” mode.
The track two speed switch may be placed in the “ ”
position for higher travel speed around the jobsite.
Stop the machine travel before selecting the “ ” or
“ ” travel speed. The controller will not allow on-the-
go changes.
