1. The inverter is

ventilation.
2. The ambient
temperature is

1. Check the installation environment and
space of the inverter. Make sure that
the ventilation meets heat dissipation
requirements.
2. Make sure that the fans are working
properly and not covered or blocked.
3. Check whether the operating ambient
temperature is too high.
10 AFan Fail
A fault occurs in all
fans of the inverter.
1. Restart the inverter and check whether
the inverter can work normally.
2. Make sure that the fans are working
properly and not covered or blocked.
11 EFan Fail
A fault occurs on the
external fan of the
inverter.
12 IFan Fail
A fault occurs in the
internal fan of the
inverter.
1. Restart the inverter and check whether
the inverter can work normally.
2. A fault occurs in the internal fan, contact
after-sales service.
13 ARC Fault
The PV string cables
arc or are in poor
contact.
1. Check whether the PV terminals and
cables are connected properly.
2. Clear the error messages. Contact
after-sales service if the fault occurs
frequently.
14 DC Bus High
Inverter internal
fault.
1. Make sure that the software version is the
latest one.
2. Restart the inverter to check whether the
inverter can work properly.
