      If the internal combustion engine of your Graco Paint Sprayer is running but the displacement pump isn't working, there are several potential causes: * The hydraulic pump valve may be OFF. Make sure to set the hydraulic pump valve ON. * The pressure setting might be too low. Try increasing the pressure. * The displacement pump outlet filter or tip filter could be dirty or clogged. Clean the filter and/or tip. * The hydraulic fluid level may be too low. In this case, shut off the sprayer and add fluid. * The belt might be worn, broken, or off. Replace it if necessary. If none of these steps resolve the issue, the hydraulic pump may be worn or damaged, or dried paint may have seized the paint pump rod. In these cases, it's best to bring the sprayer to a Graco distributor for repa...
