Why is there fluid in the exhaust air of my Graco husky 3275?
    • N
      nicole74Aug 4, 2025
Fluid in the exhaust air of your Graco Water Pump can be due to a ruptured diaphragm (301), a loose diaphragm shaft bolt (14), or a damaged o-ring (102). You may need to tighten or replace the diaphragm shaft bolt, replace the diaphragm, or replace the o-ring.

What to do if I see air bubbles in the fluid from my Graco Water Pump?
    • S
      susan63Aug 8, 2025
If you observe air bubbles in the fluid from your Graco Water Pump, the suction line may be loose, the diaphragm (301) could be ruptured, the inlet manifold (53) might be loose, the seal between the manifold and seat (101) could be damaged, the o-rings (101) could be damaged or the diaphragm shaft bolt (14) may be loose, or the o-ring (102) may be damaged. Try tightening the suction line, manifold bolts (54) or diaphragm shaft bolt (14). If that doesn't resolve the issue, consider replacing the diaphragm, seats (101) or o-rings (102).

Why does my Graco husky 3275 operate erratically?
    • T
      Thomas HamiltonAug 13, 2025
Erratic operation of your Graco Water Pump can stem from several causes: a clogged suction line, sticky or leaking check valve balls (201), a ruptured diaphragm (301), or a restricted exhaust. Inspect and clear any clogs in the suction line, clean or replace the check valve balls, replace the diaphragm, or remove any exhaust restrictions.

What to do if my Graco Water Pump will not cycle or cycles once and stops?
    • K
      kimberlygreeneAug 17, 2025
If your Graco Water Pump won't cycle or cycles once and stops, this could be due to several reasons. The air valve might be stuck or dirty, a check valve ball (201) could be severely worn and wedged in the seat (101) or manifold (50 or 53), a check valve ball (201) could be wedged into the seat (101) due to overpressurization, or the dispensing valve could be clogged. Try disassembling and cleaning the air valve using filtered air, replacing the ball and seat, installing a pressure relief valve, or relieving pressure and clearing the dispensing valve.

    James JamesAug 21, 2025
Why does my Graco Water Pump cycle at stall or fail to hold pressure?
    • A
      Aaron JohnsonAug 21, 2025
If your Graco Water Pump cycles at stall or fails to hold pressure, this may be due to worn check valve balls (201), seats (101) or o-rings (102). Replacing these parts may resolve the issue.

Why is my Graco husky 3275 leaking fluid externally from the ball check valves?
    • J
      jenniferstephensonAug 27, 2025
If your Graco Water Pump is leaking fluid externally from the ball check valves, it could be due to loose manifolds (50 or 53) or a damaged o-ring (102) between the manifold and seat. Try tightening the manifold bolts (54) or replacing the o-rings (102).
