What to do if my Graco Husky 515 cycles at stall or fails to hold pressure?
    • J
      Jennifer TerryAug 4, 2025
If your pump cycles at stall or doesn't hold pressure, it could be due to several issues. Leaky check valves or o-rings may need replacement. Similarly, worn check balls, duckbill valves, or guides should be replaced. A check ball might be wedged in the guide, requiring repair or replacement. Lastly, worn diaphragm shaft seals can cause this issue and should be replaced.

How to fix a Graco Husky 515 that leaks fluid from check valves?
    • R
      Ricky JacksonAug 9, 2025
If your pump is leaking fluid from the check valves, the cause is likely worn or damaged check valve o-rings. Inspect them and replace if needed.

Why is there air in the fluid coming from my Graco Husky 515?
    • B
      Brian GilesAug 13, 2025
Air bubbles in the fluid can occur for several reasons. The suction line might be loose, so ensure it is tightened. A diaphragm may have ruptured, requiring replacement. Check for loose manifolds or damaged manifold o-rings; tighten the manifold bolts or nuts and replace the o-rings if necessary. Also, ensure that the fluid side diaphragm plates are tightened.

    • B
      bryanandersonAug 17, 2025
If you notice fluid in the exhaust air of your pump, it's likely due to one of three causes. The diaphragm may have ruptured and needs replacing. Check if the fluid side diaphragm plates are loose and tighten them. Also, inspect the diaphragm shaft seals for wear and replace them if necessary.

Why does my Graco Husky 515 operate erratically?
    • D
      david75Aug 22, 2025
Erratic operation of the pump can stem from a few issues. The suction line could be clogged, so inspect and clear it. Sticky or leaking check valve balls might be the problem; try cleaning or replacing them. A ruptured diaphragm can also cause this, and you'll need to replace it.

Why is my Graco Husky 515 Water Pump exhausting air from the clamps (metal pumps)?
    • R
      Robert StoutAug 30, 2025
If the pump exhausts air from the clamps, particularly in metal pumps, it could be due to loose clamps. Try tightening the clamp nuts. Alternatively, the air valve o-ring may be damaged, so inspect and replace it if necessary.
