  If your Graco Paint Sprayer pump isn't cycling, even when plugged in and the power switch is on, start by checking the pressure control knob and turn it to increase pressure. Make sure the electrical outlet is providing power by testing it with another working device, and reset the circuit breaker if necessary. Inspect the extension cord and sprayer electrical cord for damage, replacing them if needed. If the paint is frozen or hardened, thaw the sprayer completely in a warm area before attempting to use it, or replace pump packings and remove residue from valves and passages.

  If your Graco Paint Sprayer's power switch is on and the sprayer is plugged in, but the motor doesn't run, first ensure that the pressure isn't set to zero; turn the pressure control knob clockwise to increase the pressure setting. Then, check if the electric outlet is providing power by verifying that the lighted plug on the sprayer is lit; if not, reset the building circuit breaker or replace the fuse. A damaged extension cord or sprayer electric cord could also be the culprit, so inspect and replace them if necessary.

  If paint leaks down the outside of the pump on your Graco Paint Sprayer, replace the pump packings.
