Why is there low hose heat in my Graco Paint Sprayer?
    • A
      Angel HarperSep 9, 2025
If your Graco Paint Sprayer has low hose heat, increase the A and B setpoints, as the hose is designed to maintain temperature, not increase it. Check and increase the hose temperature setpoint if necessary to maintain heat. High flow can also cause this; use a smaller mix chamber or decrease the pressure. If the current is low and FTS is not installed, install FTS. Also, ensure the hose heat zone has been on long enough to allow the hose to heat up, or preheat the fluid. Finally, check for loose hose electrical connections and repair as necessary.

What to do if red stop button does not work on Graco Paint Sprayer?
    • L
      Laura CastanedaSep 12, 2025
If the red stop button on your Graco Paint Sprayer isn't working, it could be a broken button (fused contact), which would need replacement. Alternatively, there might be a loose wire, so check the connections.

Why is the pump output low on my Graco REACTOR E-XP2?
    • J
      Jennifer KellerSep 12, 2025
If your Graco Paint Sprayer pump output is low, check for any obstructions in the fluid hose or gun, and ensure the fluid hose ID isn't too small; open or clear any blockages and use a hose with a larger ID if needed. If the piston valve or intake valve in the displacement pump is worn, consult the pump manual. Additionally, if the pressure setpoint is too high, reduce it to increase output.

Why is there no display on my Graco REACTOR E-XP2 Paint Sprayer?
    • W
      William ThomasSep 15, 2025
If your Graco Paint Sprayer shows no display, ensure the main power is turned ON. Check the display cable for loose connections. If both display boards have failed, they will need to be checked and replaced.

What to do if there is no pressure on one side of my Graco REACTOR E-XP2?
    • T
      Timothy ShortSep 17, 2025
If there's no pressure on one side of your Graco Paint Sprayer, check if fluid is leaking from the heater inlet rupture disk (214). If so, check if the heater (2) and PRESSURE RELIEF/SPRAY valve (SA or SB) are plugged and clear them. Replace the rupture disk (214) with a new one.
