Flush Mix Manifold
Use Solvent Pump
1. Press to turn off system. Engage trigger lock.
Remove spray tip.
2. Ensure sampling valves (AE, AF) and mix manifold
valves (AH, AJ) are closed.
3. Open solvent shutoff valve (AK) at mix manifold.
4. Open solvent pump air valve (CB). Pull out and
slowly turn solvent pump air regulator (CG) clock-
wise to increase air pressure. Use lowest possible
pressure.

5. Disengage trigger lock and trigger gun into a
grounded pail. Use a pail lid with a hole to dispense
through. Seal around hole and gun with a rag to pre-
vent splash back. Be careful to keep fingers away
from front of gun. Flush out mixed material until
clean solvent dispenses.
6. Engage trigger lock.
