x Press a damp cloth against the blade surface and wipe
off the blade slowly from the centre to the edges.
x Clean the rear side of the blade in the same way.
x Rub the blade dry with a clean cloth in a similar
fashion.
4.2.2 Carriage
x Clean the bottom of the carriage with a damp
cleaning cloth when it is tilted out.
x Remove the food remains from the carriage surface
and then clean it according to the cleaning plan.
Last slice clamp plate:
x Use the brush to clean the spiked side.
x Wipe the smooth back with a cleaning cloth.
