Disassembly and Assembly of 4-way valve
Note: Before removing the 4-way valve, make sure that there is no refrigerant inside the pipe system and that the
power has been cut off.
Step Illustration Handling Instruction
1. Loosen the solenoid
valve
a. Cut off the power
supply
b. Recover the
refrigerant.
c. Loosen the bolts on
the solenoid valve with a
wrench.
2. Remove the solenoid
valve
Remove the solenoid
away from the four-way
valve.
3. Remove the 4-way
valve
● Use gas welding to
heat the pipes
connected on the four
opennings of 4-way
valve. Then, pull them
out from 4-way valve.
● Before welding 4-way
valve, please record the
orientation of 4-way
valve and installing
position of each
opening.
4. Remove 4-way valve
● Remove the old 4-way
valve from the unit.
