Step Procedure
7. Remove electric box assy
Remove the screws xing electric box assy; cut off
the tieline; pull out each wiring terminal; lift the
electric box assy upwards to remove it.
Note:
When pulling out the wiring terminal, pay attention
to loose the clasp and don’t pull it so hard.
8. Remove clapboard
Remove the screws xing clapboard and then
remove the clapboard.
9. Remove 4-way valve assy
Unsolder the welding joints connecting the 4-way
valve assy with capillary sub-assy, compressor and
condenser; remove the 4-way valve.Cooling only unit
removes Discharge Tube and Inhalation Tube
Note:
Before unsoldering the welding joint, wrap the 4-way
valve with a wet cloth completely to avoid damage
to the valve caused by high temperature.
