replacing the cutting deck belt
To replace the cutting deck belt:
1. Disengage the cutting deck from the machine (see 16.4 Cutting
deck maintenance and complete disassembly);
2. Disassemblethepulleybyunscrewingthecentralbolt(g.58/A);
3. Remove the cutting deck guard by loosening the screws on the
edge(g.58/B);
4. Unhookthetensionerspring(g.59);
5. Removethebeltandreplaceitaccordingtothediagram(g.59);
6. Re-hook the spring;
7. Retthecuttingdeckguard;
8. Reassemble the pulley.
IMPORTANT:thecuttingdeckbeltdoesnotneedadjustment
asitisself-adjusting.

To replace the hydraulic pump and hydrostatic transmission belt:
1. Unhookthetensionerspring(g.60);
2. Removethepumpsupport(g.61);
3. Remove the belt and replace it;
4. Reassemble the pump support, taking care that the elastic coupling
iscorrectlytted;
5. Re-hook the spring.
IMPORTANT:thehydraulicpumpandhydrostatictransmission
beltdoesnotneedadjustmentasitisself-adjusting.
