further troubleshooting on this issue.
Issue 4 - The Modem isn’t enabled in the network
If you think the modem isn’t enabled in the network than you can call Technical Support and verify this, if it is in fact
disabled you can contact Ground Control to verify, if it is in fact disabled enabling a mobile site is a very quick process.
