2. Dismantling and assembly
Before dismantling
• Disconnect the electricity supply to the motor.
• Close the isolating valves, if fitted, or drain the system, as the pumped liquid may be burning hot and
under high pressure.
Before assembly
Gaskets and O-rings should always be replaced when the pump is overhauled.
• Clean and check all parts.
•Order new O-ring kits.
• Replace defective parts by new parts.
The pump must be serviced by a qualified person.
Service must be carried out in accordance with local regulations and accepted codes of good practice.
