3.2.2.5 Installing a diaphragm pump
Make sure that the weight from the inlet, outlet and vent pipes does not rest on
the tank. Long pipe sections and valves must be supported.
You can use the optional, manually operated diaphragm pump for draining the tank before service
or maintenance. To enable service or maintenance, we recommend that you fit an isolating valve.
The tank has two outlets for 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" pipes. The flexible connecting piece for 1 1/2" is
supplied with the lifting station.
1. Drill the outlet port with a 20 mm drill.
