5.3.7 Non-return valve

Lifting stations must be provided with an approved non-return valve according to EN 12050-1 and

must be approved according to EN 12050-4. The non-return valve must have a correct free pas-

sage and a lifting device, for example a screw, to drain the outlet pipe back into the tank.
