10. Returning the product for service
1. If the product cannot be serviced on site, send it to Grundfos or an authorised service work-
shop.
Costs of returning the product for service are to be paid by the customer.
2. Before you return the product for service, contact Grundfos or the service workshop with de-
tails about the pumped liquid. Otherwise, Grundfos or the service workshop may refuse to
receive the product.
3. Thoroughly clean the product before returning it.
