9.4.25 Code 13 (Fault ID 120, AC drive undertemperature (fault))
Cause Remedy
The temperature is too low in the heat sink or board
of the power unit. Heat sink temperature is under -10
°C (14 °F).
Check the ambient temperature.
9.4.26 Code 14 (Fault ID 130 or 131, AC drive overtemperature (heat sink))

130 AC drive overtemperature (fault, heat sink)
131 AC drive overtemperature (alarm, heat sink)
Cause Remedy
The temperature is too high in the heat sink or board
of the power unit. Heat sink temperature is over 100
°C (212 °F).
Check the correct amount and flow of cooling air.
Check the heat sink for dust.
Check the ambient temperature.
Make sure that the switching frequency is not too
high in relation to the ambient temperature and
motor load.
9.4.27 Code 14 (Fault ID 132 or 133, AC drive overtemperature (board))

The temperature is too high in the heat sink or board
of the power unit. Heat sink temperature is over 100
°C (212 °F).

high in relation to the ambient temperature and
motor load.
9.4.28 Code 15 (Fault ID 140, Motor stops)
Cause Remedy
The motor stops. Check the motor and the load.
9.4.29 Code 16 (Fault ID 150, Motor overtemperature)
Cause Remedy
The motor is overloaded. Decrease the motor load.
If the motor is not overloaded, check the
temperature model parameters.
9.4.30 Code 17 (Fault ID 160, Motor underload)
Cause Remedy
Motor is underloaded. Check the load.
