9.4.56 Code 62 (Fault ID 1062, Low well level)
Cause Remedy
The water level in the well is below the minimum
level.
• Dry run is detected. Check the settings and the
status of the water level.
9.4.57 Code 63 (Fault ID 1063, Low water level)
Cause Remedy
The minimum water level is insufficient. • Check the settings and the status of the water level.
9.4.58 Code 64 (Fault ID 1064, High tank level)
Cause Remedy
The water level in the tank is above the maximum
level.
• Check the settings and the status of the water level.
9.4.59 Code 65 (Fault ID 1065, PC communication fault)
Cause Remedy
The data connection between the PC and the
frequency converter is broken.

9.4.60 Code 66 (Fault ID 1066, Thermistor fault)
Cause Remedy
The thermistor input has detected an increase of the
motor temperature.
• Check the motor cooling and load.
• Check the thermistor connection.
• (If the thermistor input is not in use, it must be short
circuited)
9.4.61 Code 68 (Fault ID 1301, 1302, 1303 or 1304, Maintenance counter alarm)

Cause Remedy
Non-existing ID number is used for mapping values to
Fieldbus Process Data Out.
• Check the parameters in Fieldbus Data Mapping
menu.
9.4.63 Code 69 (Fault ID 1311, Fieldbus mapping error)
Cause Remedy
Converting one or more values for Fieldbus Process
Data Out is not possible.
• The value being mapped may be an undefined type.
Check parameters in Fieldbus Data Mapping menu.
