6.6 Installation types
SE1 and SEV pumps are designed for two
installation types:
• submerged installation:
– vertically on an auto coupling
– vertically, free-standing on a ring stand.
• dry installation:
– vertically on a base stand
– horizontally with brackets secured to a
concrete floor or foundation. For WIO-sensor
versions the outlet pipe must be directed
upwards to ensure proper operation of the
WIO sensor.
