Connect the lower handle to the head assembly using the pivot yoke and locking clip.
Fit the two parts of the lower handle together; they only fit one way.
Fit the two parts of the upper handle together; they only fit one way.
The green locking clip secures the lower handle; it can be unlocked to remove it.
Press the button on the upper handle to insert it into the lower handle; it will click.
Stow or extend the upper handle by pressing the unlock button.
The upper handle can be set for storage or use. Release buttons to adjust.
Place foot on the left side of the head and pull the handle back to start.
The power button is located on the left hand side of the AirRAM head assembly.
Recharge the battery when the state of charge indicator starts to flash one green LED.
Squeeze the latch underneath and pull upwards to remove the battery.
Plug the charger into the mains, connect to the battery, and switch on.
Full charge takes 4 hours; indicator shows 4 solid green lights. 1 hour is OK for burst use.
Hold the AirRAM, pull the bin handle, and lift the bin out.
Lift and release the latch marked with the green arrow to open the bin lid.
Hold the bin over rubbish, push the green lever towards the lid to empty dirt.
Pull green lever back, close lid, and reinsert bin into the AirRAM.
Hold the AirRAM, pull the bin handle, and lift the bin out to access the filter housing.
Pull the filter out of the housing, tap out dirt, and wash if necessary.
Remove filter from inner shroud, twist and pull, tap shroud over bin for excess dirt.
Wash filter under tap, squeeze excess water, dry completely. Do not use detergents.
Slide the filter onto the inner shroud, then slide both into the filter housing.
Red LEDs and stop indicate brush bar jam. Remove battery before checking.
Rest unit on side, press button on right side, pull brush bar from bottom.
Use scissors down the groove to cut hair, then pull it out.
Start with the end furthest from the button, align and push until it clicks.
Slide the battery down into the head assembly until it clicks into place.
AirRAM stops with red lights on brush bar jam. It will restart after 10 seconds.
