What to do if in-app device controls can not be accessed for GVM GVM-B200C Lighting Equipment?

If you cannot access the in-app device controls, first check if the device is online, indicated by a small green light. If it's offline, refer to the Distribution Network Connection Failure steps. To resolve this, reboot the device and wait for 5 seconds until it shows an online status before attempting to control it. You can also reset the device Bluetooth and then add the device back to the device list.
