Why is the sample volume incorrect with my Hach Laboratory Equipment?

  The sample volume might be incorrect due to several reasons. Check the volume calibration and repeat if necessary. Ensure the correct tube length is specified in the sampler program. Make sure the intake tube is as vertical and short as possible. Install the shallow depth strainer if the current one isn't fully submerged. Replace worn pump tubing or the roller assembly. Verify the liquid detector is enabled and calibrate it with the sampled liquid.

  Only the measurements recorded to the data log show. To see all the measurements supplied to the sampler by a sensor(s) connected to a sensor port, select Diagnostics>Sensor Ports. To show all the measurements supplied to the sampler by an external instrument(s) that is connected to the AUX I/O port, select Diagnostics>AUX and I/O Port.

Specifically, make sure that the sampler is not configured to record sensor measurements to the data log that are not available, or with alarms for sensor measurements that are not available.
