• Inlet hose is kinked. • Check inlet hose.

• Water pressure is less than 0.03 MPa.
• Check water pressure.
• Door is not properly closed. • Close the door properly.
• Water supply failure. • Ensure the water supply.
Machine is draining
while being fi lled.
• Height of drain hose is below 80 cm.
• Make sure that drain hose is
properly installed.
• Drain hose end could reach into
water.
• Make sure the drain hose is not
in water.
Drainage failure. • Drain hose is blocked. • Unblock drain hose.
• Pump fi lter is blocked. • Clean pump fi lter.
• Drain hose end is higher than 100 cm
