Cleaning and
replacing the motor
protection filter

filter, always pull the mains
plug out of the socket.

■ Never vacuum without a fil

ter or with a damaged filter.
The vacuumed dust could
penetrate the appliance
and damage the motor.
■ Do not wash the filter in a
washing machine or a dish

washer.
The motor protection filter should
be replaced every time a new
pack of dust bags is opened.
1. Pull the mains plug (13) out of
the socket.
2. Use the release handle (6) to
unlock the lid for the dust bag
compartment (3) and swing it
upwards to open.

3. Use the cardboard flap to pull
the dust bag up and out of the
dust bag holder (28).
