Improper handling of the ap

pliance may result in damage.
■ Only use the appliance with
the filters installed.
■ Never dry hygiene filters on
a heater or with a hairdryer
or tumble dryer, etc. It will
become porous and can be
damaged.
■ Never wash the hygiene fil
-
ter in a washing machine.
■ Only let the hygiene filter
air-dry.
The hygiene filter should be
cleaned every time the dust bag
is changed.
If odours cannot be removed by
cleaning or the filter is too heavily
soiled, it must be replaced.
1. Pull the mains plug (13) out of
the socket.

2. Slide the lock (31) to the left
and remove the filter cov-
er (14).

3. Press the tab (33) on the hy-
giene filter down and remove
the hygiene filter (32).
4. Rinse the hygiene filter with
clean water only, then shake
out the water and/or clean it
with compressed air. Never
use detergent or washing-up
liquid to clean the hygiene fil-
ter.
5. Allow the hygiene filter to dry
out completely.
