Once the safety mechanism is connected, test for fluid operation, to operate the safety
latch release:
•) Lower the lever to hold latches out for lowering.
•) Raise the lever to ensure latches are engaging.
Adjustment of cables and safety latch vertically is performed using the two adjustment
nuts at the top of the each column as shown below.
