Mains plug connectors are supplied according to the primary
purchaser’s territory, such as by a distributor company or dealer as
reflects their requirements
Purchasing EDB-2 VAP from a dealer/supplier in a different
territory to your own, as grey imports, will usually result in
your receiving the mains plug for the dealer’s territory.
We do not exchange PSUs internationally, due to excessive
costs from shipping, handling, clearance, duty and taxes
If your purchase includes the wrong PSU Plug type you may:
i) Purchase the correct PSU Adapter from Headway or territorial
distributor where in stock
ii) Use battery backup
iii) Use a mains plug travel converter
iv) Discuss options with dealer/supplier where contractual sale
occurred. This is NOT the manufacturer’s responsibility
Touring musicians may find it useful to retain spare EDB/VAP-
PSUs with up to 4 different mains plugs available: UK / North
America / EU / AUS & SA
In Japan, a PSU Adapter must carry the PSE mark to operate
optimally on 100v
